I am proud to call Hampton Roads home — a community built by shipbuilders, sailors, welders, engineers, and innovators. The naval industrial and maritime sectors aren’t just industries to me… they are the heartbeat of my life. This region shaped me, raised me, and taught me the meaning of service, craftsmanship, and unwavering resilience.

It is an honor to serve the clients who build and sustain America’s ships and submarines by providing trusted training, products, and solutions that protect our fleet and our future.

My story began long before my career ever did.

In 1947, on Valentine’s Day, my grandfather — a World War II veteran — founded Culpepper Radiator and Industrial Marine Services with a mission rooted in patriotism and purpose: to bring the first patented, American-made heat exchanger to the U.S. Navy. His love for family, country, and community built a legacy that still stands today. Culpepper Radiator proudly continues serving the Department of Defense nearly eight decades later.

I was raised not in a classroom — but on the shop floor.

Before I learned to paint my nails, I learned radiators, keel coolers, aftercoolers, and heat exchangers. My single father and grandparents taught me integrity, grit, and pride in workmanship. One of my earliest memories is standing at a blast cabinet as a five-year-old, determined to strip rust from a horseshoe. I didn’t know it then — but corrosion, preservation, and restoration had already captured my heart.

That childhood curiosity became my calling.

Today, I apply both tradition and innovation to serve an industry I deeply respect. Whether advocating for new technologies, strengthening workforce pipelines, or supporting mission-critical operations — I carry forward the responsibility my grandfather entrusted to me: to protect American industry and the people behind it.

In business and in life, I believe relationships are sacred.

As author Suzy Kassem once wrote, “Treat your relationship as if you are growing the most beautiful sacred flower…” I live that philosophy daily. I don’t build transactions — I build trust. And I am fiercely loyal to the clients and partners who allow me to serve alongside them.

What I do is not a job.
